FOR CONSTRUCTING THE WESTERN HERITAGE MUSEUM AT NEW MEXICO JUNIOR COLLEGE IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of New Mexico junior college

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to construct the western heritage museum at New Mexico junior college in Hobbs in Lea county.

Preferred funding source: general obligation bonds
