FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NEW MEXICO MUSEUM OF SPACE HISTORY IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for repairs and replacement of the windows at the New Mexico museum of space history in Alamogordo in Otero county.
