HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1305

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Pauline J. Ponce

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of health

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase an equipped mobile unit or to purchase equipment for a fixed site for the mammography program in Chaves county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred ten thousand ninety-five dollars ($210,095) to improve roads in Dexter in Chaves county; and

• to the state department of public education

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase and install playground equipment for the Dexter consolidated school district in Chaves county.
