FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE OTIS COMMUNITY CENTER IN BANNISTER PARK IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-one thousand seven hundred seventy-five dollars ($61,775) for phase 3 improvements, including installation of a pavilion shelter and picnic tables, at the Otis community center in Bannister park in Eddy county.
