FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE HONDO RIVER RECREATION TRAIL IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for phase 2 construction of the Hondo river recreation trail in Roswell in Chaves county.
