FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE JOY CENTER FOR SENIOR SERVICES IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

one hundred twenty-one thousand four hundred forty dollars ($121,440) to make capital improvements, including compliance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, to the JOY center for senior services in Chaves county.
