FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN LAKE ARTHUR IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) for street improvements, including construction of Kansas street from Fourth to Eighth streets, in Lake Arthur in Chaves county.
