FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION TO AN INDUSTRIAL PARK IN HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred ninety thousand dollars ($390,000) to construct roads to an industrial park in Hagerman in Chaves county.
