FOR WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE FOR AN INDUSTRIAL PARK IN HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifteen thousand five hundred dollars ($215,500) to plan, design and construct water and sewer infrastructure for an industrial park in Hagerman in Chaves county.
