FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CUMBERLAND COOPERATIVE WATER USERS ASSOCIATION IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to make capital improvements, including repairing and replacing of water lines, for the Cumberland cooperative water users association in Chaves county.
