FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO A BUILDING BEING USED AS A CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY ARTS IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state armory board

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make capital improvements, including re-roofing and replacing the heating, ventilation and air conditioning infrastructure, to a building being used as a center for contemporary arts in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
