FOR A FACILITY FOR ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND SPORTS MEDICINE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

four million six hundred forty-eight thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($4,648,750) to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip a facility for academic support programs and sports medicine at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
