FOR UPGRADING AND EQUIPPING THE YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER IN QUESTA IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to upgrade and equip the youth and family center in Questa in Taos county.
