FOR UPGRADING THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN QUESTA IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to upgrade the wastewater treatment plant in Questa in Taos county.
