FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE COSTILLA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make improvements to the water system of the Costilla mutual domestic water consumers association in Taos county.
