FOR A SOIL SALINITY METER AND SOFTWARE FOR THE SOCORRO SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000) to purchase a soil salinity meter and software for the Socorro soil and water conservation district in Socorro county.
