HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 993

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT ALBUQUERQUE HIGH SCHOOL AND AMY BIEHL CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to plan, design, construct, acquire or renovate a new facility for the Amy Biehl charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational technology at Albuquerque high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
