FOR A NEW BUILDING FOR THE JUVENILE BOOT CAMP IN DEMING IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a building for the juvenile boot camp in Deming in Luna county.
