FOR RENOVATING AND EQUIPPING THE COMMUNITY CENTER CAFETERIA IN ENCINO IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate and purchase equipment for the community center cafeteria in Encino in Torrance county.
