FOR RENOVATING AND IMPROVING THE UNITY YOUTH CENTER IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate and improve the Unity youth center in Roswell in Chaves county.
