FOR THE BOSQUE REDONDO MEMORIAL IN FORT SUMNER IN DE BACA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000) to plan, design and construct the Bosque Redondo memorial in Fort Sumner in De Baca county.
