FOR RENOVATING THE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to renovate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at the county courthouse in Portales in Roosevelt county.
