FOR PHASE 1 ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE FAIRGROUNDS IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 1 electrical improvements at the fairgrounds in Roosevelt county.
