FOR EXPANDING THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO CORRECTIONAL FACILITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the capital program fund

thirteen million two hundred eighty-eight thousand six hundred thirty-one dollars ($13,288,631) to plan, design, construct and equip a four-hundred-bed expansion of the southern New Mexico correctional facility in Dona Ana county.
