FOR STATEWIDE FULL-DAY KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOMS.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five million dollars ($5,000,000) to purchase portable classrooms or to build classrooms for full-day kindergarten throughout the state.
