FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CUMBERLAND COOPERATIVE WATER USERS ASSOCIATION WATER SYSTEM IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a new water line and other related improvements to the Cumberland cooperative water users association water system in Chaves county.
