FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TEXICO MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to equip, make improvements to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and make improvements to the locker rooms in the Texico municipal school district in Curry county.
