FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE FOR THE BERINO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct an administrative office for the Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
