REQUESTED BY Joseph Cervantes

FOR EXPANSION OF THE JUDICIAL COMPLEX IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to acquire land for, plan, design and construct an addition to the judicial complex for a third judicial court for the district attorney and to add a fifth courtroom in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
