FOR PURCHASING AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE FOOTBALL PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico military institute

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase audio-visual equipment for the football program at New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county.
