FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 19 IN PREWITT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to make improvements to county road 19 in Prewitt in McKinley county.
