HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 800

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Dona I. Irwin

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a swimming pool in Columbus in Luna county; and

• to the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for funding to commemorate the famous Buffalo Soldier Warm Springs Apache battle at Rockhound Spring Canyon state park in Luna county.
