FOR A LEARNING CENTER IN DEMING IN LUNA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a learning center at the old Kmart building in Deming in Luna county.
