FOR PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST MESA CENTER LABORATORIES AND CLASSROOMS AT THE DONA ANA BRANCH OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the commission on higher education

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for phase 2 construction of the east mesa center laboratories and classrooms at the Dona Ana branch of New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
