FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

one hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000) for educational technology to implement the ACTIVE learning project and Gila instructional network at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
