FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WEST SEVENTH STREET IN CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to improve west Seventh street from Hondo street to United States highway 60/84 in Clovis in Curry county.
