FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS AT YUCCA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install playground equipment and make other related improvements at Yucca elementary school in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
