HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 750

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2002

REQUESTED BY Joe M. Stell

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to design and construct a delivery vehicle port, including paving and lighting, for the north Eddy county and Artesia senior meal site in Eddy county;

one hundred one thousand dollars ($101,000) to design and construct a paved parking lot, including lighting, sidewalks and a driveway extension, at the north Eddy county and Artesia senior meal site in Eddy county; and

fifty-one thousand dollars ($51,000) to design and construct landscaping and signage at the north Eddy county and Artesia senior meal site in Eddy county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred one thousand dollars ($101,000) to construct the regional dental clinic in Eddy county; and

fifty-one thousand dollars ($51,000) to plan, design and construct a repeater for the towers at the airport in Artesia in Eddy county.
