FOR AN ADDITION TO THE ADULT DETENTION FACILITY IN TIERRA AMARILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct an addition to the adult detention facility in Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county.
