FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDIES PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase artifacts, books, equipment and technology for the Charlie Morrisey research hall in the African-American studies program at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
