FOR UPGRADING AND EXPANDING THE PHONE SYSTEM AT CHELWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

seventy-two thousand dollars ($72,000) to upgrade and expand the phone system, including wiring, at Chelwood elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
