FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE UPPER DILIA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred ninety thousand dollars ($290,000) to construct improvements to the water system of the Upper Dilia mutual domestic water consumers association in Guadalupe county.
