FOR IMPROVING THE ASTRONOMY SITE AT RIO RANCHO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE RIO RANCHO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to make improvements at the astronomy site, including restrooms, pedestrian and vehicular paths and extending electrical services to the telescopes, at Rio Rancho high school in the Rio Rancho public school district in Sandoval county.
