FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS
IN SOCORRO IN SOCORRO COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the state highway and transportation department
seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to
plan and design High School road in Socorro in Socorro county;
•
to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to
construct an animal control facility in Socorro in Socorro county; and
forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for
continuing improvements to Clark field and Finley gymnasium in Socorro in
Socorro county;
•
to the state department of public education
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for infrastructure and equipment for the Cottonwood Valley charter school in
the Socorro consolidated school district in Socorro county; and
•
to the office of the state engineer
one million dollars ($1,000,000) to
construct a levee for flood control needs in Socorro in Socorro county.
