FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING DRAINAGE SYSTEMS AT ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct drainage systems at Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
