FOR UPGRADING THE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT LINCOLN MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE RIO RANCHO PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to upgrade the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at Lincoln middle school in the Rio Rancho public school district in Sandoval county.
