REQUESTED BY Miguel P. Garcia

FOR RENOVATING THE PLAY AREA AT KIT CARSON PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) for site improvement, playground equipment, landscaping and installation of an irrigation system, including meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, at the play area at Kit Carson park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
