REQUESTED BY Benjamin B. Rios

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HISTORIC RIO GRANDE THEATER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to renovate, furnish and equip the historic Rio Grande theater to be used as a performing arts center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
