FOR TENNIS COURT ADDITIONS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct tennis court additions at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
