REQUESTED BY Manuel G. Herrera

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at western New Mexico university in Grant county; and

one million six hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred dollars ($1,674,200) for renovation and expansion of the Phelps Dodge and Martinez buildings at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
